California world

Image
Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed about moving to Los Angeles, California. Maybe it was because of Disney Channel or the hundreds of youtubers that I watched on the daily that lived there. I got the chance to visit it for the first time in January of 2020 and it was one of the best trips of my life. We stayed in Calabasas which was in the mountains and a little further out from the craziness of the city. Waking up every morning and driving through the canyon to Malibu and surfing was one thing I will never forget. The food was actually incredible and unique a lot of things that we have on the East coast specifically in NYC. The weather and the scenery is probably the main reason why I am planning on moving there right after college. I am counting down the days!

Harry Styles a ICON

Image
13 days!! 13 days until I get to see the love of my life in concert. Thats right, Mr. Harry Styles. I have been a fan since his x factor days so traveling to see him in concert isn't out of the ordinary for me. You might think loving Harry Styles isn't cool but cmon everybody likes him deep down. I'll be taking the whole week off from NYC and flying to my hometown, Raleigh NC to go see him. Not only is everybody freaking out about what to wear to the concert but ALSO what he's going to be wearing. He's always pulling the most iconic fits and I have no doubt in my mind that he won't deliver. To attend the concert you have to have a negative cover test or proof of vaccination and masks are required!! Safety first!!

Catch NYC: Is It Worth All The Hype?

Image
I was lucky enough to have a big brunch at one of the trendiest restaurants in NYC at the moment. With locations in New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Playa Del Carmen, Catch Hospitality Group is no joke. Even though they are known for being a primarily Seafood restaurant, they have many options to choose from including vegan and gluten free.      We shared everything family style which was nice because we got to try multiple things. Starting off with the Truffle Sashimi which was topped with caviar and in a savory chili ponzu absolutely to die for. Then we had to order a couple of their signature rolls (Catch Roll, A5 Wagyu Surf & Turf Roll) which are always delicious and lean you ready to try everything else. The Cinnamon roll pancakes were some of the fluffiest pancakes I have ever tried and were big enough for everyone to get a bite. Everything was amazing but the main star of the show was the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The Owners even traveled down to South Carolina to do

How Blogging Worked For Me?

I was pleasantly surprised with blogging and how much I liked it. It was easy to use and I actually feel like I had some interesting things to write about. Normally I hate writing with a passion and feel like I have trouble making sense but when I put myself into the position of the reader and focused on what content I would want to read it actually wasn't too bad. I might just have to try blogging out for myself once this class is over.

Shake Your Groove Thing... The Hottest Spots to Go Out Dancing in NYC

Going out in New York City is a whole world of its own and if you're like me you want something with good music, a dance floor, and good people watching. Living in this city for almost 4 years and working in Nightlife has given me a leg up when it comes to the hottest spots to check out this weekend and Im gonna share them with you.      We all know that a typical nightlife "weekend" in NYC isn't just your Friday and Saturday night... it starts on Wednesday's and continues until Sunday's. Starting off right on Wednesday, if you're looking for a  low-key spot with great house music and burlesque dancers all around you, you're gonna wanna check out Motel23. At first glance you wouldn't expect anything crazy to be going on but open the doors and let the magic unfold right in front of your eyes.  Thursdays in the city are a go to for college students. You'll always have good luck at your local college bar but if you want to spice it up and hit
